It’s a good idea to develop sleep habits and go to the bedroom at more or less the same time. Speaking of habits, people who exercise regularly sleep better – even getting a 15 minute walk (every day!) will help your body get tired at more appropriate times.
And if you’re wondering not how, but how long, here is the answer – the amount of sleep you really need is 7.5-9 hours if you’re over 18, and 8.5-10 if you’re anywhere between 12 and 18.
